1. Returns Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items such as personal care items, hygienic products, food items, clearance items, or special-order products are not eligible for return.

For safety and hygiene, the following cannot be returned:

3. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Provide photos/videos of the item and packaging

We will approve a replacement or refund after verification
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for buyer’s remorse returns.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees, handling fees, and service charges are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
Requests submitted after this period will not be guaranteed.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for:

Wrong address provided by the customer
